Abstract
Artificial intelligence(AI)is rapidly integrating into the healthcare field. However, while recognizing the broad prospects of medical AI,a growing number of people have become aware that its application entails ethical risks, such as issues of transparency and fairness.Existing ethical analysis frameworks exhibit several shortcomings.Firstly, most frameworks are limited to traditional ethical paradigms, centered on anthropocentrism, and conduct ethical analysis from the standpoint of individual rights.Secondly, these frameworks primarily focus on the impact of medical AI on individuals, overlooking the broader societal implications. For example, the application of medical AI may reconstruct the traditional doctor-patient relationships.Lastly, people tend to attribute the ethical issues caused by medical AI simply to technical reasons, while ignoring the specific contexts in its development and application, including political systems, social perceptions, and public trust. To address these challenges, the paper proposed to re-examine these ethical frameworks of medical AI from the perspective of"relational theory,"emphasizing the dynamic relationships between technology, society, and ethics. The relational perspective can reveal that medical AI is not merely a technical tool, but an intelligent agent embedded in complex social networks, driving profound changes in medical practice and social structure. This paper calls for all stakeholders to participate in constructing a multi-dimensional ethical and governance framework to ensure the healthy development of medical AI,maximizing its social value while preventing potential ethical risks and negative impacts.关键词
