Abstract
Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)is one of the common complications of stroke.Clinically,drug therapy and reha-bilitation training are the main intervention measures,but their effects are limited.Patients still lack the ability of daily living and have a low level of social participation.Therefore,exploring effective treatment regimens for PSCI has become an important research topic.Both Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)can effectively improve cognitive function in patients after stroke,promote neurological rehabilitation and brain function remodeling.Moreover,both methods have the advan-tages of safety and minimal adverse reactions,and thus are applied in the treatment of PSCI.However,there are currently relatively few studies on the combined treatment of PSCI with these two methods.By elaborating on the understanding of PSCI in traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)and modern Western medicine,as well as the research progress of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and rTMS in the treatment of PSCI,the authors explored the feasibility of the combined application of these two therapies,aiming to expand ideas for the clinical treatment of PSCI.关键词
