Fuzzy cognitive maps:difficulties and countermeasures to the responsibility attribution problems in medical decision-making artificial intelligence
摘要
Abstract
One of the core theoretical problems in current medical decision-making artificial intelligence(AI)is the responsibility attribution problem.The intervention of AI technology has reshaped the understanding of responsibility in the traditional medical decision-making process.Based on principlism as a normative ethical framework,and by introducing fuzzy values into the original cognitive map technology while leveraging deep neural networks and symbolic methods,fuzzy cognitive maps provide a possible path to realize the moral concerns of patients and doctors.The problem is that,given an autonomous learning goal,medical decision-making AI represented by fuzzy cognitive maps may use unknown and human-incomprehensible category classification methods.Some forms of supervised learning and falsifiability verification are necessary to further clarify the specific boundaries of medical decision-making AI.关键词
