不同激素对吊钟花圈枝繁殖生根的影响

摘要

Abstract

To optimize the propagation technology system of Enkianthus quinqueflorus and improve the seedling raising efficiency and seedling quality,this study used E.quinqueflorus as the experimental material and employed three hormones,namely,ABT1,NAA and IBA,to investigate their effects on root growth and related growth indicators during the propagation process of E.quinqueflorus ring branches.The research results showed that:In terms of callus formation,the callus formation rate of the control group reached 100%,demonstrating the best effect.The callus formation rate in the ABT treatment group was 95%,that in the IBA treatment group was 75%,and that in the NAA treatment group was 0%.No callus formation was observed.In terms of rooting rate,the rooting rate of the control group was 90%,that of the ABT treatment group was 85%,that of the IBA treatment group was 45%,and that of the NAA treatment group was 0%.In terms of average root length,the average root length of the control group was 8.28 cm,demonstrating superior root quality.The average root length of the IBA treatment group was 8.43 cm,slightly higher than that of the control group.The average root length of the ABT treatment group was 5.71 cm.In terms of the survival rate of transplanting,the survival rate of transplanting in the control group was 66.67%,which was higher than that of other treatment groups.In terms of new shoot growth,the new shoot growth in the IBA treatment group was 4.00 cm,slightly higher than 3.54 cm in the control group.The new shoot growth in the ABT treatment group was 1.89 cm.In conclusion,E.quinqueflorus still demonstrated strong natural rooting and seedling formation capabilities without exogenous hormone intervention,indicating that exogenous hormone treatment is not a necessary condition for its ring branch propagation.The research results provide an important basis for the optimization of asexual propagation techniques of E.quinqueflorus.
