老年慢性病患者应用远程医疗的法律伦理思考及对策
Legal and ethical reflections and countermeasures on the telemedicine applications in elderly patients with chronic disease
摘要
Abstract
Through internet technology,telemedicine realizes cross-regional medical resources sharing and provides diversified service scenarios for elderly patients with chronic diseases,including the linkage between superior hospitals and primary healthcare institutions,integrated medical and elderly care services,critical care medical center support,and case management nursing mode,which effectively improve the accessibility and quality of medical services.However,in the process of telemedicine applications,elderly patients with chronic diseases have encountered challenges,such as difficulties in defending their rights,vulnerability of information,and imperfect medical insurance supervision policies.This paper analyzed the application scenarios and legal ethical challenges of telemedicine services in improving the health management of elderly patients with chronic diseases.By comparing and analyzing relevant laws and regulations in the United States and Japan,it also put forward recommendations,including improving relevant laws and regulations,clarifying attribution of medical responsibilities,strengthening data security and privacy protection,establishing reasonable service pricing and compensation mechanisms,enhancing doctor-patient education,and building effective supervision and dispute resolution mechanism,with a view to providing references for improving the legal and policy system of telemedicine services in China.关键词
