Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the pharmaceutical care cases of Neonatology in China by case report guideline(CARE),and to provide reference for the establishment of evaluation system of clinical pharmaceutical case analysis in Neonatology.METHODS:Two clinical pharmacists searched databases such as CNKI and Wanfang Data with keywords(from database establishment to Nov.16th,2024),and included the cases by checking the title,abstract and full text.The quality of included pharmaceutical care cases of Neonatology were evaluated according to CARE,and the disease types and intervention methods of included cases were analyzed.RESULTS:Forty-three cases of neonatal pharmaceutical care cases were finally included through searching and screening of clinical pharmacists,and review of superior pharmacists.The overall CARE score was(20.65±2.08)points;29 cases related to premature infants,with the average CARE score of(20.27±1.79)points;33 cases related to neonatal infectious diseases,with the average CARE score of(20.85±2.17)points.Clinical pharmacists intervened by increasing the drugs and optimizing the treatment regimen.In neonatal pharmaceutical care cases,the scores were low on the description of main symptoms or clinical characteristics in abstract,follow-up and prognosis,and informed consent.CONCLUSIONS:The pharmaceutical care cases of Neonatology could be effectively evaluated with the CARE,which could provide reference for further improving the ability of pharmaceutical care and the quality of clinical service of neonatal clinical pharmacists.
