The Role of Open Science in the Strategic Achievement of Building a Powerful Country in Science and Technology
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Open science is a global enterprise and has become an important means for countries around the world to restructure its national innovation systems.The paper comprehensively analyzes the paths through which open science supports the building of a world leadership in science and technology,pro-viding references for China's implementation of the strategy to become a world leadership in science and tech-nology.[Method/Process]This paper combines historical empirical analysis and policy analysis methods.Itsorts out the historical context of the shift of the world's science centers and the measures to incorporate open science into national innovation systems,reveals the importance of the opening up and integration of innovation elements,and analyzes the specific ways and mechanisms through which open science promotes social and economic de-velopment from four dimensions:scientific paradigm transformation,economic empowerment,international governance,and international cooperation.[Result/Conclusion]Open science can comprehensively support the improvement of the country's scientific and technological innovation capabilities and the development of new pro-ductive forces by giving rise to new paradigms in scientific research,strengthening the dominant position of enter-prises in innovation,deepening international cooperation,and empowering"science diplomacy".It is a key force in shaping China's future scientific and technological landscape.关键词
