Regulation of the tumor immune microenvironment by aberrant tumor metabolism and strategies for intervention
摘要
Abstract
Malignant tumors pose a severe threat to human health and have emerged as a major global public health challenge.Compared with healthy individuals,cancer patients often exhibit a hypermetabolic state and metabolic disorders,which originate from the complex metabolic reprogramming of cancer cells.This process not only provides the necessary bioenergy and biosynthetic precursors for the rapid proliferation,invasion,and metastasis of cancer cells but also profoundly remodels the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME),leading to impaired immune surveillance and subsequent promotion of immune evasion and cancer progression.Therefore,in-depth investigation into the regulatory mechanisms of aberrant tumor energy metabolism on the immune microenvironment and potential therapeutic interventions has become a cutting-edge focus in current cancer research.This article systematically reviews recent advances,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for novel anti-tumor therapeutic strategies targeting the"metabolism-immune"axis.关键词
