多维度探讨维生素D在儿童疾病中的应用进展
A comprehensive study on the application progress of vitamin D in pediatric diseases
摘要
Abstract
Vitamin D,an essential fat-soluble vitamin for the human body,has long been recognized for its critical role in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism and supporting skeletal health.In recent years,a great number of clinical studies have proved that there is a significant association between vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency and the development of multisystem disorders in pediatric population.Particularly during key developmental stages in childhood,the immunomodulatory,anti-inflammatory,and organ-developmental effects of vitamin D have attracted much attention.This article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress in the application of vitamin D in pediatric conditions affecting the respiratory,gastrointestinal,immune,neurological and urinary systems as well as in infectious diseases,with the aim of providing references for the rational clinical use of vitamin D in pediatric population.关键词
