Comprehensive evaluation model of pesticide residue risk in agricultural products based on entropy weight-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

Abstract
This research aims to establish a risk classification and evaluation system for pesticide residues applicable to the supervision of agricultural products,and improving the accuracy of early warning for agricultural product safety risks.Based on the pesticide residue data of vegetables and fruits in a certain region from May 2022 to December 2023,a multi-level evaluation index system was constructed,taking into account the four risk indicators of excessive rate,detection rate,degree of excess and qualification rate,and using the entropy weight method to determine the weights.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to classify the pesticide residue risk of 15 kinds of vegetables and fruits.The overall risk level was found to be relatively high,with vegetables classified as low risk and fruits as high risk.Specifically,aquatic vegetables were classified as slight risk,while six types of vegetables,including legumes and tubers were categorized as low risk.Leafy vegetables,tuberous vegetables,and berry fruits were classified as moderate risk,while tropical fruits and citrus fruits were classified as high risk.The sub-indicator risk analysis revealed that pyrazole and organophosphorus pesticides in leafy vegetables,azole pesticides in tuber vegetables,pyrethroid pesticides in citrus fruits,as well as methoxyacrylate,pyrethroid,and nicotinic acid esters pesticides in tropical fruits all pose high risks.The risk classification model constructed in this study enhances the risk assessment capability for single or multiple types of agricultural products by introducing multi-dimensional indicators,and provides technical support for the safety regulation of agricultural products in the context of big data.关键词
