Abstract
Malignancies are associated with metabolic reprogramming,with dysregulated protein metabolism being one of its key manifestations.This dysregulation is characterized by enhanced protein catabolism and suppressed anabolism,while tumor cells conversely exhibit enhanced protein synthesis.This imbalance leads to a state of negative nitrogen balance in the host.The underlying mechanisms involve the dysregulation of multiple signaling pathways,mediated both by the tumor microenvironment and the activation of systemic inflammatory response networks.This metabolic derangement not only drives cancer progression but also adversely impacts the efficacy of various anti-tumor therapies.Consequently,gaining an in-depth understanding of its mechanisms,achieving early identification,and implementing effective interventions have become crucial strategies for improving survival outcomes in patients with malignant tumors.关键词
