Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of modified Qingfei Yin combined with acupoint iontophoresis in the treatment of asthma and cough in children with wind-heat lung depression type pneumonia.Method:A total of 72 pediatric patients with asthmatic cough due to wind-heat pulmonary pneumonia admitted to the Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(modified Qingfei Yin combined with acupoint iontophoresis treatment)and the control group(acupoint iontophoresis treatment)by the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the inflammatory indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indicators of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the comparison of treatment safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingfei Yin combined with acupoint iontophoresis has a good effect in the treatment of asthmatic cough in children with wind-heat lung depression type pneumonia.It can promote pulmonary rehabilitation and reduce the burden of symptoms.关键词
