茶叶包装研究现状及发展趋势
The research status and development trends of tea packaging
摘要
Abstract
Tea is a beverage raw material that is made from the tender leaves or buds of tea trees through specialized processes.It contains various active ingredients such as tea polyphenols,alkaloids,and vitamins.It provides benefits such as antioxidant effects,reducing blood lipids,and enhancing cognitive function.However,the active ingredients in tea are prone to moisture,oxidation,odor adsorption,and other phenomena during storage.Therefore,proper preservation of tea is crucial.This paper has presented an overview of the evolution of ancient and modern tea packaging and the external factors that affect tea quality.It focuses on the defects of traditional tea packaging.It reflects on the state-of-the-art of new packaging materials.Furthermore,the current challenges in the preservation and design of tea packaging are discussed,and thus a roadmap for the future of tea packaging is provided to support high-quality development.关键词
