液体隔离带固定技术在超声引导下甲状腺结节微波消融术中的应用效果评价
Evaluation of the application effect of fluid isolation belt fixation technique in ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of thyroid nodules

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in microwave ablation(MWA)for thyroid nodules and provide a reference for clinical selection.Methods The data of 85 patients who underwent thyroid MWA in Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively collected.Among them,50 patients used normal saline injection for isolation(control group),and 35 patients used normal saline injection for isolation fixed with sodium hyaluronate gel for isolation fixation(observation group).The effect of microwave ablation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative hoarseness,coughing while drinking water,intraoperative bleeding,neck pain and neck swelling was not statistically different between the two groups.The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.7%vs 26.0%,P=0.016),and the operation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group([32.03±3.29]min vs.[34.34±4.98]min,P=0.012).Conclusions Compared with normal saline,the use of sodium hyaluronate gel as a liquid isolation fixative in MWA can shorten the treatment time and reduce the overall incidence of postoperative complications in patients.关键词
