摘要
Abstract
Tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC)is the most common type of squamous cell carcinoma among oral tu-mours,and the prognosis of patients is poor due to its high infiltration rate and high metastasis rate.The treatment plan for TSCC is a combination of surgical treatment,supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy,Chemotherapy remains one of the main therapeutic strategies for the treatment of TSCC,while chemoresistance becomes the main challenge of chemo-therapy for TSCC,and the main cause of TSCC recurrence and poor prognosis.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are considered to be the key regulators of gene expression in human beings.They are involved in a variety of physiological and pathological pro-cesses,including but not limited to normal growth and development,tumourigenesis,and chemotherapy resistance.This re-view summarized the important regulatory roles of miRNAs in the chemosensitivity of TSCC,in order to provide useful infor-mation for further understanding the molecular mechanism of chemoresistance of TSCC.关键词
