Abstract
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a refractory respiratory disease characterized by irreversible pulmonary fibrosis,clinically presenting as progressive dyspnea with a poor prognosis.In contemporary Chinese medicine,the acute exacerbation phase of IPF(AE-IPF)is often classified under syndromes such as"pulmonary atrophy"and"pulmonary obstruction".Modern Chinese medicine therapies commonly used in clinical practice include compound herbal formulas,herbal injections,iontophoresis,acupoint application,and acupuncture.The article collects and organizes relevant literature on the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of AE-IPF from recent years,providing a review and analysis to offer insights for the integrated prevention and treatment of AE-IPF.关键词
