我国中等职业教育的合法性危机与破解路径
The Legitimacy Crisis and Solution Paths of Secondary Vocational Education in China

Abstract
China's secondary vocational education is facing a significant"legitimacy crisis".Although its"type education"status has been clarified by law and support has been continuously strengthened through financial investment,secondary vocational education is still widely regarded as a"helpless choice"for students who cannot be admitted to ordinary high schools.There is a huge gap between national policy support and social recognition.In response to this crisis,secondary vocational schools have experienced a"positioning drift"shifting from"employment oriented"to"enrollment oriented".Although this has alleviated the pressure of student sources in the short term,it weakens the characteristics of vocational education,deviates from the fundamental mission of serving industry development,and deepens the long-term identity ambiguity and value crisis.The solution lies in adhering to the vocational characteristics of secondary vocational education,implementing classified policies,and carrying out functional reconstruction and system reconstruction along the four paths of"refining and strengthening,transforming and developing,integrating and upgrading,and structural exit".Through structural adjustment,the irreplaceability of secondary vocational education is reshaped,and its social identity and sustainable development are fundamentally achieved.关键词
