Abstract
The enterprise-led deep integration of industry-university-research is a strategic choice to strengthen the leading role of enterprises in technological innovation and achieve an organic linkage between technological innovation and industrial innovation.The transformation of enterprises from participants to leaders,the evolution of industry-university-research from cooperation to integration,and the theoretical foundation from single-discipline to interdisciplinary integration are the basic perspectives for explaining enterprise-led deep integration.In practice,the deep integration led by enterprises faces dilemmas such as goal solidification,organizational virtuality and weakened incentives.It is urgent to break through these issues by reconstructing the goals of deep integration with scenario-driven approaches,reshaping the organizational model with organizational entity approaches,and stimulating intrinsic motivation for deep cooperation among diverse innovative entities with multidimensional support.This will promote the high-quality development of enterprise-led deep integration of industry-university-research.关键词
