基于自适应出口的轴流冷却风机性能研究
Research on Performance of Axial Flow Cooling Fan Based on Adaptive Outlet

Abstract
To address the issue of blade geometry optimization performance of axial-flow cooling fan under unknown boundary conditions,a parametric model of axial-flow cooling fan is established.Based on the fluid simulation software Fluent,the automatic adjustment program of momentum source term and boundary automatic adjustment program are designed by user-defined function to predict the air volume and outlet pressure of a fan with 5 blades and a blade angle of 30°(m=5,α=30°)fan.Comparing the predicted results of air volume and outlet pressure of(m=5,α=30°)fan with the measured results,it is found that the error of air volume is 3.4%and the error of outlet pressure is 2.8%.Based on the automatic adjustment program of momentum source term and the automatic adjustment program of boundary,the effect of blade number and blade Angle on the performance of the fan is studied,and the fan blade is optimized.The results show that the air volume of the optimized(m=3,α=35°)fan is increased by 33%compared with that of the(m=5,α=30°)fan,and the total pressure efficiency is increased by 23.19%,but the static pressure efficiency is reduced by 0.94%.关键词
