The Characteristics,Connotations and Cultivation Paths of Skilled Talents in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract
The widespread adoption of AI technology is reshaping the skills-demand structure of labor market.Digital convergence and deeper application are shifting competency requirements for skilled structure from technical operations towards the composite ability combined technology and digitization,while advanced abilities for man-machine coordination are increasingly becoming the core of new work patterns.This directly drives a qualitative change in the connotation of skilled talents,which expands from standardized operational skills to a new system encompassing composite skills,dynamic skills,digital skills and AI literacy.A new type of worker,who is equipped with critical thinking,innovative capacity,and ethical awareness,as well as able to harness intelligent tools while maintaining human independence,has become crucial to sustaining competitiveness.To respond to this transformation,future systems for cultivating skilled talents urgently need to build a more flexible and open ecosystem,continuously strengthen the integration of production and education,and establish a robust lifelong learning support system,thereby developing high-quality skilled talents who truly meet the demands of the AI era.关键词
