Abstract
The method of establishing a simplified parabolic load torque mathematical model is adopted in this paper to study the speed control problem of fan pump loads driven by permanent magnet synchronous motors.The steady-state errors and overshoot phenomena under different speed conditions are analyzed.The results show that at target speeds of 1 000 r/min,2 000 r/min,and 3 000 r/min,the steady-state errors obtained by the method proposed in this paper are 1.3 r/min,1.5 r/min,and 1.0 r/min,respectively,all of which are smaller than traditional methods.Under all test conditions,there is no occurrence of speed overshoot,while traditional methods show overshoot of 1-3 r/min under certain conditions.Therefore,the method proposed in this article performs well in reducing steady-state errors and avoiding overshoot,and has practical application value.关键词
