从隐性到明言:乡村工匠的技术知识转化研究
From Tacit to Explicit:Research on the Transformation of Technological Knowledge of Rural Craftsmen

Abstract
Exploring the process of transforming rural craftsmen's technological knowledge from tacit to explicit and the construction of their innovation network is an important issue in the training of rural craftsmen.Through the analysis of the theoretical basis and practical paths of technological knowledge transformation,it is found that the current situation of rural craftsmen's technological knowledge transformation is not optimistic.While achievements have been made,there are problems in terms of subjects,paths and effects.To this end,we must focus on solving problems and actively build an innovation network.The practical carriers for rural craftsmen's knowledge transformation include the construction of skill inheritance bases co-coordinated by the government,enterprises,universities and rural craftsmen,the development of digital skill archives,and the innovation of cross-regional craftsmen's skill exchange mechanisms.Of course,although building an innovation network is an effective way to promote the transformation of rural craftsmen's technological knowledge,we must also face the current situation such as the lack of policy guarantees and the disconnection between the training process and reality,and continuously solve problems and innovate development in practice.关键词
