县域职业学校专业与产业的耦合机理与行动路径
Coupling Mechanism and Action Paths Between Majors and Industry in County Vocational Schools
摘要
Abstract
County vocational schools aim to serve the development of local industries and provide reliable talent support for industrial transformation and upgrading.At present,the construction of a modern industrial system at the county level in China is accelerating,and county industries dominated by micro,small and medium-sized enterprises are booming with strong demand for talents.New changes have taken place in the demand for talent quantity,talent structure and talent quality in county industrial development,pointing out the direction for estrengthening the professional construction of vocational schools and improving the coupling degree between talent training and industrial development.County vocational schools should follow the guidance of major catalogs,optimize professional construction plans,improve professional curriculum systems,promote the reform of collaborative education,and enhance the quality and level of talent training in vocational schools.关键词
