育苗移栽对白芷产量与质量的影响研究
Study on Effect of Seedling Cultivation and Transplanting on Yield and Quality of Angelica dahurica

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of seedlings cultivation and transplanting on yield and quality of Angelica dahurica.Methods:From 2021 to 2022,the research group carried out field trials of different sowing periods,greenhouse seedling cultivation and open-field seedling cultivation,as well as different transplanting periods of Angelica dahurica in Huaersi Experimental Base of Chongqing Institute of Medicinal Plant Cultivation.The yield and quality of Angelica dahurica under different treatments were deter-mined.One-way analysis of variance and principal component analysis were used to evaluate the quality differences of Angelica dahuri-ca.Results:When the transplanting periods were the same,the yield of Angelica dahurica under greenhouse seedling cultivation on Octo-ber 10th was the highest,the quality of samples under open-field seelding was the best.When the sowing periods were the same,the yield under greenhouse seedling transdonted on March 23rd was the highest,and the quantity on April 23rd was the best.Conclusion:The measures of seedling cultivation and transplanting can improve the yield and quality of Angelica dahurica,and can effectively reduce the cost of seedling management.关键词
