空间与行为视角下杭州市公租房职住关系研究
Study on the occupation residence relationship in Hangzhou public rental housing from the perspective of space and behavior

Abstract
Public rental housing is an important component of housing security system in China,and promoting its fairness in travel is an important guarantee for caring for vulnerable groups and building a harmonious society.On the basis of analyzing the construction and development process of public rental housing,this paper comprehensively analyzes the occupational and residential relationship of public rental housing from the perspectives of space and behavior,and makes a case study on the travel behavior of general citizens in Hangzhou urban area.It is believed that the public rental housing policy in Hangzhou can be divided into three stages from initial formation to mature dominance.While the construction scale of public rental housing in Hangzhou continues to increase,the spatial distribution of public rental housing is dispersed in the outskirts of the city,and the accessibility to employment is low.Its commuting travel is long-distance and long-term and points to the city center,and residents have a low overall evaluation on travel.The fairness of public rental housing residents needs to be further improved through strengthening long-term planning of public rental housing,optimizing urban spatial structure,rational planning of public rental housing,and improving their transportation conditions.关键词
