摘要
Abstract
Liquid chips,also known as microsphere suspension chips,have a core mechanism that involves the specific binding of fluorescently encoded microspheres coupled with specific probes to target molecules,integrating fluorescence signal analysis to achieve simultaneous and precise detection of multiple targets.Compared with traditional solid-phase chip technology,liquid phase chips demonstrate numerous advantages such as high-throughput processing capacity,ease of operation,high sensitivity,low sam-ple requirement,and wide detection range.In scenarios of multi-target detection,compared with traditional ELISA single detections for the same number of targets,the unit detection cost of liquid phase chips is usually lower.This article explores the specific appli-cations of liquid phase chip technology in the field of caprid breeding,including improving breeding accuracy,protecting germplasm resources,optimizing cost-effectiveness,and targeting improved traits,based on its principles,characteristics,and progress of research and development for the chips.It also presents the challenges faced by the development of liquid phase chip technology as well as the corresponding solutions and the future development directions.关键词
