鸽NDRG3基因全长cDNA克隆、序列特征及组织表达分析
Cloning,sequence characterization,and tissue expression analysis of NDRG3 full-length cDNA in pigeons

Abstract
This study employed RACE technology to clone the full-length cDNA of NDRG3 gene in Silver King pigeons(Columba livia)and conducted bioinformatics analysis.The expression patterns of NDRG3 in heart,lung,spleen,kidney,pectoral muscle,and liver tissues of 90-day-old Silver King pigeons were investigated using qRT-PCR.Results showed that the full-length cDNA sequence of pigeon NDRG3 was 2575 bp,containing a 115 bp 5'untranslated region(5'UTR),a 1335 bp 3'UTR,and a 1125 bp coding sequence(CDS),encoding 374 amino acids.Secondary structure analysis revealed that the pigeon NDRG3 protein consisted of α-helices(37.43%),β-sheets(9.09%),and random coils(53.48%).Sequence alignment demonstrated over 75%amino acid sequence homology between pigeon NDRG3 and other animals,indicating high evolutionary conservation.qRT-PCR results showed NDRG3 expression in all examined tissues,with significantly greater mRNA levels in lung tissue compared to other tissues(P<0.05).This study successfully cloned the full-length cDNA sequence of NDRG3 in Silver King pigeons,demonstrating its evolutionary conservation and ubiquitous expression across multiple tissues.关键词
