Research progress and prospects on fat metabolism and deposition regulation in poultry
摘要
Abstract
Lipid metabolism and deposition are key factors affecting the yield and quality of poultry meat.This paper reviews the distribution characteristics,metabolic mechanisms,and regulatory factors of adipose tissue in poultry.Existing studies have shown that fat deposition in poultry is influenced by multiple factors such as nutrition,genetics,environment,and management.In the nutritional regulation of poultry growth,energy levels,feed additives(such as chitosan,green fodder,fatty acid ratios,folic acid,and vitamin B12),etc.,can all regulate lipid metabolism.At the genetic level,breed and gender differences significantly affect the potential for fat deposition,and molecular marker-assisted selection provides possibilities for precise breeding.Environmental and management measures such as force-feeding age and slaughter age also have important impacts on fat deposition.Future research should further explore the molecular mechanisms of avian adipocyte differentiation and optimize nutritional and management strategies to achieve high-quality poultry meat production while reducing unnecessary fat deposition.关键词
