Advances in Graphene Electromagnetic Structure Design for Hybrid Field-Circuit Devices
摘要
Abstract
Graphene can be fabricated into novel electromagnetic structures for hybrid field-circuit devices be-cause of its tunable surface impedance and high electrical conductivity.Through efficient integration with electronic circuits,graphene enables precise manipulation of carrier transport dynamics.This approach represents a significant advancement in high-speed device research,effectively mitigating the inhibitory effects of distributed parameters on high-frequency performance.Recent progress in graphene based artificial electromagnetic structures is comprehen-sively elaborated.It demonstrates that by combining metasurface design with chemical potential modulation,the en-gineered graphene electromagnetic structures can realize reconfigurable antennas,wide-dynamic-range attenuators,and multi-parameter tunable absorbers.These innovations collectively enhance the overall performance of integrated hybrid field-circuit devices.关键词
