疏郁通降方对反流性食管炎肝胃郁热证患者胃肠激素的影响
The Influence of Shuyu Tongjiang Formula on Gastrointestinal Hormones in the Patients of Reflux Esophagitis with Syndrome of Heat Stagnation in Liver-Stomach

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuyu Tongjiang Formula combined with Omeprazole for reflux esophagitis(RE)with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver-stomach and influence of gastrointestinal hormones.Methods:In this randomized controlled trial,patients of RE with syndrome of heat stagnation in liver-stomach from gastroenterology clinics of Pukou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to China Pharmaceutical University and Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table,42 patients for each one.The control group received the treatment of Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,while the observation group received Shuyu Tongjiang Formula on the basis of control group.Both group underwent 8 weeks of treatment.Outcomes included Reflux Disease Questionnaire(RDQ)scores,Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease-Health-Related Quality of Life(GERD-HRQL)scores,and the changes of serum markers were compared,as well as the endoscopic efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome efficacy and long-term effect.Results:After treatment,the RDQ and GERD-HRQL scores were significantly decreased(P<0.01),while the magnitude of the reduction was significantly greater in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).Endoscopic efficacy rates were 97.62%(41/42)in observation group,while 90.48%(35/42)in control group,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).TCM syndrome efficacy in observation group was 97.62%(41/42),while the control group was 83.33%(35/42),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).According to the follow-up,the symptom recurrence rates in the observation group and the control group were 5.6%and 25.8%respectively(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of Shuyu Tongjiang Formula and Omeprazole demonstrated significant efficacy in alleviating RE symptoms,improving syndrome of heat stagnation in liver-stomach,promoting the healing of esophageal inflammation,enhancing the quality of life,and reducing the symptom recurrence rate.关键词
