Abstract
To fulfill the overall construction goal of"Beijing Smart Water 1.0 Basic Infrastructure"during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,further promote the construction of a water big data center,and address the bottlenecks in key links such as data aggregation,governance,and services in traditional water conservancy,the Beijing Water Big Data Center conducted an overall design based on the TOGAF enterprise architecture methodology.It completed the construction of the water big data center using key technologies including distributed storage and computing,Hadoop-based distributed big data processing,and the BNU-TSK data model.After three years of operation,results show that the center has realized the unified management of databases from 42 original business systems,aggregated nearly 135 TB of multi-source heterogeneous data,initially established a full-lifecycle data monitoring mechanism,and provided 901 stable data services to 47 entities including the Ministry of Water Resources,district-level water bureaus,and affiliated units.This has significantly improved water data service capabilities,providing a reusable technical solution and management paradigm for the digital transformation of water systems in megacities,with important reference value.关键词
