基于古籍医案的乳腺癌用药规律研究
Research on medication patterns for breast cancer based on ancient medical records
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore medication patterns for breast cancer based on ancient medical records,and to provide data support and theoretical reference for the clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation of modern Chinese medicine and the research and development of new drugs.Methods A total of 146 formulas for treating ruyan and 227 traditional Chinese medicines recorded in 84 ancient traditional Chinese medicine texts were received by searching databases including"Zhonghua Yidian"and"Zhonghua Yifang:Gynecology".The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V3.5)was used to conduct medication frequency statistics,and analysis of property-flavor-channel tropism,association rules and cluster analysis.Results High-frequency medicinals included Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Bupleuri Radix,and Chuanxiong Rhizoma.Medicinal properties were predominantly cold and warm;and flavors were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;The medicinals primarily targeted the liver,spleen,and lung meridians.The primary therapeutic effects focused on tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,and regulating qi.Association rules identified core combinations such as Paeoniae Radix Alba-Chuanxiong Rhizoma leading to Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Cluster analysis extracted five core formula categories encompassing therapeutic methods of soothing liver and nourishing blood,resolving phlegm and dissipating masses,breaking qi and dispersing nodules,and harmonizing Shaoyang.Conclution Ancient medical texts reveal that breast cancer treatment follows the compatibility principle of"simultaneously applying attacking and tonifying methods,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,and dual regulation of yin-yang",with dispersing liver and regulating qi,and resolving phlegm to eliminate masses as the core approach,and it also emphasizes supplementing qi and nourishing blood while prioritizing emotional regulation and visceral coordination.This provides valuable references for selecting formulas and medications at various stages of breast cancer treatment in clinical traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
