经典名方温脾汤主治与用药的文献考证
Literature research on the indications and medication of classical prescription Wenpi Decoction
摘要
Abstract
The classic formula Wenpi Decoction comes from the book"Qianjin Yaofang",which includes two prescriptions with very similar indications and medications.Based on their respective compositions and effects,they can be named Xiao Wenpi Decoction and Da Wenpi Decoction.Xiao Wenpi Decoction emphasizes the use of rhubarb and light use of aconite,with the aim of promoting diarrhea and attacking accumulation;Da Wenpi Decoction uses aconite and combines it with cassia to warm yang and dispel cold.The two formulas can be used at different stages of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency and cold accumulation.Considering the safety of clinical practice,it is recommended that"Key Information Table"adopts Xiao Wenpi Decoction as the main formula for the development of the classic formula,with Da Wenpi Decoction noted as an auxiliary formula.关键词
