基于调气解毒理论探讨肺结节"结-癌转化"的中医药防治策略
Discussion on the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment strategies of nodule-cancer transformation of pulmonary nodules based on qi-regulation and detoxification theory

Abstract
With the development of imaging technology,the detection rate of pulmonary nodules is increasing day by day.Clinical treatment is mainly based on observation and follow-up.However,the risk of cancer transformation of pulmonary nodules poses a huge psychological burden to patients.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that pulmonary nodules are caused by deficiency of vital qi and phlegm and blood stasis in lung collaterals,which is a disease of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The academic thought of"qi-regulation and detoxification"proposed by Professor Hua Baojin achieves significant clinical effect by regulating qi movement,restoring ascending and descending functions,strengthening vital qi,eliminating phlegm and dampness,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,resolving cancer toxin,reshaping tumor growth microenvironment,and blocking the transformation of pulmonary nodules into cancer.This paper explores TCM prevention and treatment strategies of pulmonary nodules,in order to provide new ideas for TCM in the prevention and treatment of cancer transformation of pulmonary nodules.关键词
