"情志-筋骨"失衡视角下老年郁痹共病的肝肾病机研究
Research on liver-kidney pathogenesis of depression-Bi comorbidity in the elderly from the perspective of emotion-sinew/bone imbalance
摘要
Abstract
In traditional Chinese medicine theory,depression and chronic lower back and leg pain fall under the categories of"depression syndrome"and"Bi syndrome"respectively.These two conditions often interact in the elderly population,forming comorbid depression and Bi syndrome.The core pathogenesis involves kidney deficiency with marrow depletion,liver stagnation with blood deficiency,and dysfunction of the liver and kidney meridians in the elderly,leading to malnourishment of sinew/bone and emotional dysregulation.Therapeutic principles should emphasize"simultaneous regulation of body and spirit",with kidney-tonifying and essence-replenishing strategies to consolidate body resistance,combined with liver-soothing and blood-nourishing methods to regulate function,supplemented by acupuncture to regulate the liver and kidney meridians,thereby achieving integrated treatment of both depression and Bi.This study aims to clarify the key role of the liver and kidney in the dynamic balance process of"emotions-sinew/bone",in order to provide new insights for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of comorbid depression and Bi in the elderly,which has positive significance for promoting healthy aging.关键词
