人参-附子配伍理论及证治规律探析
Analysis of the compatibility theory and patterns of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Ginseng-Aconite
摘要
Abstract
Ginseng tonifies qi and Aconite warms yang.Their combination forms the fundamental structure for warmly invigorating yang qi,as well as a classic pairing in clinical traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Apart from exerting the core effects of replenishing qi and warming yang,the combination of Ginseng-Aconite also demonstrates the effects of"dispelling cold and tonifying deficiency"and"restoring yang to prevent collapse",embodying the compatibility concept of"reducing toxicity while enhancing efficacy,""simultaneously tonifying both the spleen and kidney,"and"harmonizing dual energies."In terms of treatment methods,the combination of Ginseng and Aconite demonstrates complementary synergy between qi-tonification and yang-warming.In terms of treatment principles,it achieves a coordinated unity of"urgent warming"and"gradual tonification".Additionally,Ginseng-Aconite can also be combined with qi-tonifying herbs,blood-nourishing agents,internal-warming formulas,and diuretics to treat yang depletion,deficiency syndromes,deficiency-cold,and arthralgia syndrome.关键词
