Abstract
When using nano-coating ink for inkjet printing,the color depth and fastness of 3D mesh-struc-tured mesh shoe fabrics cannot meet the requirements of use.Surface modification of the fabric with a pretreat-ment solution can effectively enhance its color adsorption performance and improve the rubbing fastness.In this paper,the surface modification effects of twelve pretreatment solutions composed of different ratios of sodium algi-nate and polyacrylic acid on the fabrics were explored,and the influence rule of the pretreatment solution formula process on the digital printing effects of the fabric was studied,aiming to improve the digital printing quality of 3D mesh-structured mesh shoe fabric.The experiments showed that 9%concentration of polyacrylic acid had the best effect on enhancing the color depth of the 3D mesh-structured mesh shoe fabric,and 0.5%concentration of sodium alginate significantly improved the dry rubbing fastness of the mesh fabric from 3~4 grades to 4~5 grades,and the wet rubbing fastness from 4 grades to 4~5 grades.Taking all factors into account,the digital printing effect on 3D mesh-structured shoe fabric was the best when treated with 0.5%sodium alginate and 9%polyacrylic acid at room temperature.And this treatment caused a small change in the fabric's stiffness,having a minor impact on the hand feel.关键词
