橙精油微胶囊的制备及其在功能性聚酯纤维中的应用
Preparation of Orange Essential Oil Microcapsules and Their Applications in Functional Polyester Fibers

Abstract
With the increasing demand for health and environmental protection,the applications of functional fibers in a number of fields are gradually gaining attention.As a natural plant extract,orange essential oil has the potential to be used in the development of functional fibers due to its antibacterial and antioxidant properties.However,the high volatility and instability of orange essential oil during fiber preparation process have become a major challenge for its application.To solve this problem,in this study,orange essential oil microcapsules were successfully prepared by interfacial polymerization and introduced into the melt spinning process of polyester fi-bers to prepare modified polyester fibers containing orange essential oil microcapsules.The results showed that the prepared modified polyester fibers had excellent antibacterial and antioxidant functions.This study provided new technical ideas and theoretical basis for the development of functional polyester fibers.关键词
