摘要

Abstract

3D printing is combined to prepare the pressure sensor of optical fiber soil,which considers the influence of printing density on the model sensitivity,and conducts the indoor model box test and field test on the distributed optical fiber soil pressure sensor.The results show that:①combined with OFDR technology pressure sensor prepared through embedding distributed fiber in 3D printing model has good performance in the indoor model box test,the sensor successfully detects the corresponding strain value,the measurement value of pressure sensor with 100%filling density is most similar to the theoretical value;②in the process of field soil covering monitoring,three OFDR optical fiber soil pressure sensors with calibration sensitivity values from left to right being 0.504 με/kPa,0.124 με/kPa and 10.72 με/kPa respectively,aAnd a conventional chord soil pressure sensor,can accurately monitor the pressure value of different soil covering depths after three stage of soil covering.The test results also reflect that the pressure value detected by the 3D-printed opti-cal fiber soil pressure sensor is closer to the theoretical value than that of the conventional soil pressure sensor.
