基于改进pix2pix的高速公路光栅阵列车辆轨迹修正方法研究
Research on Highway Vehicle Trajectory Correction Method Using Improved pix2pix Based on UWFBG Array

Abstract
Ultraweak fiber Bragg grating(UWFBG)array sensor networks enable all-time,all-domain,and all-weather monitoring of vehi-cles on highways.The vehicle trajectory information based on UWFBG array serves as an essential dataset for intelligent transportation systems(ITS),as it reflects the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of vehicles and plays a crucial role in traffic flow analysis,ca-pacity evaluation,and accident risk prevention.However,in practical highway applications,the acquired trajectory data are often affected by complex environmental noise,leading to errors and deviations.An end-to-end trajectory correction framework based on an improved pix2pix model is proposed.By introducing an attention mechanism and semantic loss,the framework achieves accurate correction of er-roneous trajectories.Experimental results demonstrate that the improved pix2pix model achieves better performance metrics,exhibits strong robustness and generalization,and thus provides a novel technical solution to enhance the accuracy of highway vehicle monitoring.关键词
