Abstract
In response to the insufficient driving force of the electromagnetic mechanism of switchgear,a coil control method with high current starting and low current holding is often used.However,due to the failure of the control circuit switching,the coil continues to generate high current and heat,which may cause deformation of the coil skeleton and jamming of the iron core during operation.This article conducts electromagnetic thermal coupling analysis on the high current applied to the electromagnetic mechanism in switching-on state,obtaining the distribution of coil thermal power and temperature field of the electromagnetic mechanism.Then,thermal structure coupling analysis is carried out to obtain the deformation of the coil skeleton and the stuck part of the moving iron core.The accuracy of the simulation is verified through a physical prototype.At the same time,the paper analyzes the problem of iron core sticking caused by high coil temperature rise,and proposes solutions and preventive measures to ensure the reliability of the electromagnetic mechanism,providing reference for the design of the electromagnetic mechanism.关键词
