New quality productivity drives high-quality development of the real economy:mechanisms,challenges,and paths
摘要
Abstract
New quality productivity is the driving force behind the high-quality development of the real economy.As a historical inevitability of productivity innovation in the digital age,new quality productivity is driven by technology,factor optimization,and industrial integration mechanisms,with technological innovation as the core to foster emerging real-economy industries,promote the integration of new production factors into the real economy,and enhance cross-border integration and collaborative innovation across different industries.Thus,it comprehensively drives the high-quality development of the real economy.Currently,the high-quality development of the real economy driven by new quality productivity still faces substantial practical challenges.On the one hand,technological innovation capacity remains insufficient,and key core technologies are still constrained by external dependence;On the other hand,there is a shortage of high-end innovative talents,and the supply and demand remain mismatched and unevenly distributed;At the same time,institutional safeguards are weak and institutional adjustment mechanisms remain overly rigid.To this end,it is not only necessary to strengthen the scientific and technological innovation system,but also establish a system for cultivating and introducing high-end talents,and to improve a coordinated and efficient policy guarantee system.Thereby providing technical support,talent supply,and institutional support for driving high-quality economic development through new quality productivity.关键词
