中国式现代化视域下社区养老服务体系建设与高质量发展研究
Research on the construction and high quality development of community elderly care service system from the perspective of Chinese path to modernization

Abstract
Accelerating the development of the a community-based elderly care service system and promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services are of strategic significance for addressing population aging and advancing Chinese path to modernization.At present,the development of community elderly care services exhibits distinct phased characteristics,having undergone stages of initial emergence,progressive improvement,and high-quality development.The elderly care service policies in China have been continuously improved,and both the capacity and quality of elderly care services provision have steadily increased.However,challenges remain,such as insufficient planning for community elderly care services,inadequate facilities,limited service capacity,and insufficient funding.In the course of advancing Chinese path to modernization,in building a community-based elderly care service system and promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services,planning refinement should be taken as the guiding premise,which is accompanied by further innovation in community elderly care policies.It is necessary to ensuring facility enhancement,thereby promoting a more balanced allocation of elderly care service resources,take the improvement of abilities as the starting point,and further optimize the incentive mechanism for elderly care service talents.Supported by increased investment,we will further build a smart elderly care service platform,actively responding to the population aging,and accelerating the creation of a new chapter in promoting Chinese path to modernization through high-quality population development.关键词
