跨国企业双元创新行为对创新绩效的影响研究
Research on the impact of the ambidextrous innovation behaviors of multinational enterprises on innovation performance:The moderating role of overseas network embedding

Abstract
Under the background of globalization today,the innovation activities of multinational enterprises(MNEs)are crucial to global economic development.Drawing on ambidextrous innovation theory and social network theory,this study examines the impact the ambidextrous innovation behaviors of MNEs on innovation performance and analyzes the moderating role of overseas network embedding.Using questionnaire survey data from 529 Chinese MNEs,this study conducts regression analysis and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative anlysis(fsQCA)for empirical testing.The findings indicate that the ambidextrous innovation behaviors of MNEs significantly promote corporate innovation performance,among which the promoting effect of exploitative innovation behaviors is significantly stronger than that of exploratory innovation behaviors.Overseas network embedding positively moderates the relationship between exploitative innovation behaviors and innovation performance,whereas its moderating effect on the relationship between exploratory innovation behaviors and innovation performance is not significant.The further fsQCA analysis identifies the mutiple antecedent configurations that lead to high innovation performance in MNEs,thereby verifying and deepening the research conclusions.关键词
