An analysis on the construction of interdisciplinary graduate tutor team of intellectual property under the background of New Liberal Arts
摘要
Abstract
The initiative of the construction of the New Liberal Arts has charted a clear course for the development of interdisciplinary fields in China.Domestic and international practices demonstrate that interdisciplinary mentor teams can effectively enhance the theoretical learning and practical abilities,as well as the international competencies of postgraduate students,which has become a pivotal mechanism in interdisciplinary talent-cultivation reform.However,the development of interdisciplinary master's mentor teams in the field of intellectual property in China still faces challenges such as unclear disciplinary positioning and educational philosophy,homogeneous mentor team structures,insufficient coordination mechanisms,and incomplete evaluation and management systems.In response to these challenges,this paper proposes a full-chain approach for the construction of interdisciplinary graduate mentor teams in intellectual property,which is guided by educational philosophy,based on mentor resources,supported by a collaborative structure,and safeguarded by a management system,aiming to promote the cultivation of high-quality talent for building China into an intellectual property powerhouse.关键词
