摘要

Abstract

To address the issue of residue accumulation during industrial pharmaceutical production,a method that combines theoretical analysis with numerical simulation was employed to construct a mathematical model and utilize computational fluid dynamics simulation technology.This approach dynamically simulates the residue formation process under actual production conditions,focusing on the analysis of process parameters,revealing the mecha-nisms of residue formation,and identifying key influencing factors.The research findings indicate that process pa-rameters,including material viscosity,surface microstructure,and flow field velocity,significantly affect residue formation.An innovative anti-adhesion strategy that combines structural optimization with surface coating is pro-posed to effectively enhance product quality,optimize production efficiency,and achieve cost reduction and effi-ciency improvement.
