Simulation and Mechanism Analysis of Residue Adhesion Patterns in Gelatinization Machines
摘要
Abstract
To address the issue of residue accumulation during industrial pharmaceutical production,a method that combines theoretical analysis with numerical simulation was employed to construct a mathematical model and utilize computational fluid dynamics simulation technology.This approach dynamically simulates the residue formation process under actual production conditions,focusing on the analysis of process parameters,revealing the mecha-nisms of residue formation,and identifying key influencing factors.The research findings indicate that process pa-rameters,including material viscosity,surface microstructure,and flow field velocity,significantly affect residue formation.An innovative anti-adhesion strategy that combines structural optimization with surface coating is pro-posed to effectively enhance product quality,optimize production efficiency,and achieve cost reduction and effi-ciency improvement.关键词
