涡旋压缩机径向泄漏流场特性研究
Research on the Characteristics of Radial Leakage Flow Field in Scroll Compressors

Abstract
During operation,gas leakage may occur in scroll compressor,which affects its working performance.To address this issue,a radial leakage model of scroll compressor was constructed,and an in-depth analysis of the gas flow patterns within the fluid domain of scroll compressor was conducted.Computational fluid dynamics technology was utilized to explore the flow field distribution of the scroll compressor under different leakage gaps.Through nu-merical simulation,the influence of leakage gaps on pressure,temperature,velocity,and inlet/outlet mass flow rate was obtained.The research results indicate that the pressure within the compression chamber of the scroll compres-sor is uniformly distributed,while the temperature and velocity are non-uniformly distributed.The temperature is higher near the central region,and the gas flow velocity gradually decreases towards the central compression cham-ber.As the leakage gap increases,the pressure,the temperature,and flow velocity distribution in the compression chamber,and the mass flow rate at the inlet and outlet gradually decrease.关键词
