摘要
Abstract
To analyze the evolution logic of the residential layout spatial structure in the past 30 years in China,this paper selects 55 typical layouts from eastern,central and western China(1995-2025)as samples,uses space syntax to focus on"public space integration,functional zoning connectivity,private space depth",and constructs an analysis chain of"time-indicator-feature-law".The results show that from 1995 to 2005,it shows"single core+linear connection"(living room integration 0.62,80%kitchen connectivity≤1);from 2006 to 2015,it forms a"living/dining/kitchen combined core+network connection"(living/dining/kitchen integration 0.71,kitchen connectivity 1.8);and from 2016 to 2025,it forms"LDK+multi-core flexible space"(flexible space integration 0.65,30%with dual connections).The core drivers are family miniaturization(correlation coefficient 0.72),policy regulation and prefabricated technology(flexible space connectivity improved by 0.45).The paper provides a quantitative basis for the residential layout design and stock renovation.关键词
