基于空间和功能的城市公园服务绩效评估
The Evaluation on the Urban Park Service Performance Based on Space and Function:A Case of the Parks in the Central Urban Area of Tianjin

Abstract
The acceleration of urbanization has led to the scarcity of urban land resources and an increase in residents'demand for public space.The construction of urban parks faces the dual challenges of limited resources and increasing demand.This paper takes 68 parks in the central urban area of Tianjin as an example,and constructs an evaluation system for spatial service performance and functional service performance.The results showed that the overall performance of park services in the central urban area was low,with comprehensive parks performing the best,and the performance of spatial and functional services was not completely consistent.Besides the comprehensive parks,residents prefer small green spaces in the surrounding area.In the future,small pocket parks should be built to improve the service quality of specialized and community parks.The construction of parks needs to consider service coverage to avoid waste of resources.This paper provides new ideas and methods for the evaluation on urban park service performance,and provides scientific references for optimizing park management and improving quality.关键词
