Abstract
In EPC project bidding,the design scheme has a significant impact on both bid cost and project duration.Based on the actual bidding practice of the Caculo Cabaça Hydropower Project in Angola,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of its preliminary design scheme and summarizes approaches for optimizing the employer's basic design during the bidding stage,thereby effectively reducing construction costs,and shortening the construction period.The findings of this study can provide reference and guidance for international enterprises participating in overseas EPC project bidding.关键词
